1. Purpose
This equipment is a special equipment for hydraulic four point sealing of shock absorber reservoir opening with qualified assembly and gland indicator on the automobile (motorcycle) shock absorber production line. It is the latest special production equipment for shock absorbers developed and produced by our company based on the current advanced technologies and processes at home and abroad and in combination with the specific conditions of the shock absorber industry at home. The equipment is beautiful after processing. The special clamping fixture is used for positioning to ensure high positioning accuracy and good retention of positioning accuracy. The sealing machine has a high degree of automation and a wide range of applications.
2. Working principle
This sealing machine adopts (PLC) programming control. The oil cylinder piston is used to push the workpiece to the top, and then the hydraulic cylinder drives the sealing mold to push forward in parallel to complete flanging and rolling process, so as to ensure the consistency of the quality of the processed workpiece.
