Working principle and characteristics
This equipment is used to detect the through-hole flow of the flow valve. The whole machine is equipped with a station and a set of tooling. The workpiece is put into the tooling, and the hydraulic pump conveys oil into the flow valve. The data is fed back to the PLC controller through the flow meter to detect the flow. The PLC drives the servo motor to automatically adjust the valve core screws in the forward and reverse directions according to the flow value range set on the screen to reach the flow range, and repeatedly checks whether the flow is qualified, If the adjustment is not completed within the set time, the adjustment will be stopped and the valve fault will be indicated. If it can be adjusted to the range, the qualified mark will pop up on the screen.
