working principle
This equipment adopts hydraulic and pneumatic working principles, (PLC) programmable controller for process control, uses servo motor to drive the workpiece to rotate, the roller cuts horizontally along a fixed angle direction, and then the hydraulic cylinder drives the roller to flip from the front fixed angle to another angle in the vertical plane to complete the flanging and rolling process. At the same time, the hydraulic automatic compensation function is used to ensure the consistency of processing workpiece quality.
