3 Working principle and characteristics
The equipment adopts pneumatic and electric working principles, and realizes the spring installation process through the logical cooperation of PLC and touch screen.

a. Mechanical part
① The worktable is finished with 45# steel plate
② The guide post is made of 45# steel through heat treatment, quenching and finishing.
③ The frame and sliding plate are made of A3 steel
b. Pneumatic part
The pneumatic components are mainly the products of Yade Pneumatic Co., Ltd.
c. Electrical part
The main components used in the core part of the electrical system are Omron of Japan and weiluntong of Taiwan, and the rest are domestic famous brand products with reliable performance.
